Prep: Carefully cover and protect the adjacent driveways, walls, and baseboards.
Grinding: We meticulously profile, repair, and vacuum the concrete surface to ensure the strongest adhesion possible.
Crack and Divot Filling: Any cracks in the concrete flooring are expertly filled using our 100% solids polyurea solution.
Coating: A self-priming pure polyurea base coat is skillfully applied to provide a solid foundation.
Flaking: To achieve an even color and texture across the entire floor, we hand-broadcast a polymer flake that provides 100% coverage.
Scraping: Excess flake is carefully scraped off the floor, effectively leveling it and preparing it for the final sealing.
Sealing: We seal the floor with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. After just 6-8 hours, your new floor will be ready for light foot traffic.
Site clean-up: Our eight-step process, coupled with our unique blend of polyurea, offers superior adhesion and is four times stronger than epoxy coatings. As a testament to our confidence in our work, we provide a 15-year warranty ensuring that your floor will not yellow, chip, or peel.
